These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the AURAXADV platform, websites, SDKs, APIs, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you (“Client”, “User”, “Partner”) agree to these Terms.

 

1. Use of Services

You may use our Services for:

  • Programmatic advertising
  • Campaign management
  • Audience analytics
  • Data integration
  • Fraud-free traffic verification

You must not misuse or attempt to disrupt the Services.

 

2. Account Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including privacy regulations

You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

 

3. Data, Privacy and Consent

Clients must ensure that:

  • All data provided to AURAXADV is collected legally
  • Users have given valid consent when required
  • SDK integrations comply with local privacy laws (GDPR, GPP, MENA regulations)

AURAXADV may process anonymised or pseudonymised data for analytics and performance improvement.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All platform components, algorithms, SDKs, branding, and documentation remain the exclusive property of AURAXADV.
Clients receive a license to use the Services but do not obtain ownership rights.

 

5. Prohibited Actions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer the platform, SDK or algorithms
  • Use the Services for fraud, malicious activity or misleading practices
  • Interfere with the integrity or security of the platform

 

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance or updates may occur without prior notice.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

AURAXADV is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
  • Issues arising from external partners or integrations

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

 

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend access to the Services if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Illegal or fraudulent activity is detected
  • Payment obligations are not met (if applicable)

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

  • European Union regulations,
  • GDPR,
  • and applicable local MENA laws.

Any disputes will be handled in competent courts under EU jurisdiction.
